Therapist’s Choice Massage
Not sure what your body needs? Not a problem. This intuitive session is guided by the therapist based on what is detected in the body’s muscles, fascia, and posture. Techniques are blended as needed to target pain, release tension, and restore balance.
Depending on the body’s needs during the session, the therapist may incorporate techniques such as Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Tui Na, Gua Sha, Craniosacral Therapy, or Lymphatic Drainage. Enhancements such as Hot Stones or Cupping may be included when appropriate. Optional add-ons are available, including Aromatherapy for an additional $10 and Hemp Oil for an additional $15.
Whether the goal is addressing chronic pain, easing muscle tension, reducing stress, or providing a full-body reset, this massage adapts moment to moment to what the body needs most.
